LUNA

Its nickname “Luna” is meant to honor and respect its traveling companion that has journeyed along with it since its creation.

Throughout the process of creating this wine (harvesting, fermentation, aging and bottling), the three cycles of the Moon have been followed and this wine is made exclusively according to the lunar cycle (Crescent – Decreasing, Epigeous – Apogee and Ascendant – Descendant) and the presentation of the contrasting experiences, bring out some very interesting and extraordinary nuances, linked closely to the femininity of the Moon.
